Scottish Tenpin Bowling (STB) Annual General Meeting
The 2025-26 STB AGM will be held on Friday 9th October 2026 Virtually at 8pm, using the link, https://us02web.zoom.us/j/83066405713
The AGM is open to all members from 2025-26.
The agenda for the AGM will be released at least 72 hours prior to the meeting.

Call for Board of Trustee Nomination
We’re excited to announce that nominations for the STB Board of Trustees are now open. This is your opportunity to help guide the strategic vision of Scottish Bowling and ensure our continued success and growth.
All board member positions are up for re-election as per our STB constitution.

Why Nominate?

• Join a passionate team dedicated to positive change
  If you are interested in nominating yourself as board trustee, please submit your note of interest (board@bowling.scot), with a small description of what contributions you can make to the board and its members, at least 1 week prior to the AGM (deadline Date: 02/10/26).

Voting Rights
All members from 2025-26 will be eligible to vote on all matters at the AGM. Article 40 of our Constitution states: “Every member has one vote, which must be given personally. In exceptional cases a proxy vote will be admissible if notice is given to Secretary board@bowling.scot 24 hours in advance in a written form either by letter or email.” However as this is now a virtual meeting, proxy votes should only be used if no online access.

Proposal of Constitution Amendments & AOCB

Please submit any proposals for constitution amendments or your AOCB in writing to board@bowling.scot by 02/10/2026.
