Cancellation Of Application For Limited Company Status

After the untimely passing of Peter, we have been in contact with the professional who was helping us with our charity status. On the advice we have now been given, we have been advised to close the limited company, go back to our old constitution, until such times the limited company is finally closed, which can take up to 3 months. This has been put to the board who agree with this in principal.
